Our Chain of Custody ensures every device is tracked and processed securely, transparently, and in compliance with R2v3, ISO, HIPAA, and NAID standards.
Secure Collection & Logistics
On-Site Inventory: Every asset is scanned and logged into our tracking system before it leaves your building.
Verified Personnel: Background-checked technicians handle all packing using tamper-evident materials.
Geofenced Transit: Our vehicles utilize GPS tracking and secure locking mechanisms to ensure your data never makes an unscheduled stop.

Sensitive media is placed in a secured, locked bin. Seal number on bin is recorded.

Secure bin is transported in one of our box trucks to our processing facility for auditing.

Load is handled immediately after arriving on the dock. An audit report is generated. Hard drives and/or media are removed from devices and inventoried.

After the audit and inventory is done, the media is placed in a second secured bin awaiting destruction.

Hard drives and media destroyed using state-of-the-art shredding or data-wiping methods (on-site or off-site).
