Eligibility:

• This giveaway is exclusively open to residents of the Tampa Bay Area, Florida (5 county areas covering Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Hernando), with no age restrictions (Minors need to have an adult present at the time of award redemption).
• Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of eSmart Recycling, as well as any entity involved in the organization, promotion, or sponsorship of this giveaway, are not eligible to participate.
• Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Giveaway Period:

• The giveaway will begin on October 26th and will conclude on November 3rd, inclusive of both dates.
• Any entries received before the start or after the end of the specified period will not be valid or considered.

How to Participate:

• To enter, participants must follow the official eSmart Recycling account on the platforms.
• It’s required to “like” the giveaway promotional video posted on both platforms and tag two friends in the video’s comments.
• Additionally, participants should share in the comments a personal action they take in favor of environmental care.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be randomly chosen from all valid entries on both platforms.
• The selection and announcement of the winner will be made public on November 3rd through the platforms.
• The winner will be directly notified via a Direct Message (DM) on the platform where they were selected.
• The winner has 48 hours from the notification to respond and claim their prize. If no response is received within the specified time, another winner will be selected.

Prize Details:

• The prize consists of a 3rd Generation Apple AirPods 
• This prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or replaceable, except at the discretion of eSmart Recycling.

Limitations of Liability:

• eSmart Recycling is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, invalid, or incomplete entries due to technical issues or any other reason on the platforms.
• The company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if there are force majeure reasons or any unforeseen situation beyond its control that compromises the integrity or feasibility of the giveaway.

Acceptance of Terms:

• Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any breach of them may result in the disqualification of the participant.
• eSmart Recycling reserves the right to make decisions in any situation not foreseen in these terms, with these decisions being final and binding for all participants.
